What Is A Business Day?
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays when the postal services are closed. The postal holiday calendar can be checked at the USPS or Romanian postal service website. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
What Are The Delivery Times?
Delivery times are generally between 6:00AM and 10:00PM local time on weekdays.
What Happens If I Am Absent On The Day My Delivery Is Scheduled?
In case of absence, the courier will leave a parcel or notice on your door or mailbox, allowing you to reschedule the delivery or pick up your package at your local post office.
What Happens If My Purchase Was Returned To Sender?

- If a shipment is returned, we will contact you to confirm your address.
- If we cannot make contact within five (5) business days after multiple attempts, we will refund the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee and the return-to-sender shipping costs.

- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order.
- Shipping estimates are in addition to this processing period (3-5 days).
- Delivery typically occurs within 7-28 business days after shipping.

What About Pre-Order Items?
- Orders including pre-order products will be shipped together once all items are available.
- If you prefer to receive in-stock items immediately, place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.
Free Shipping Restrictions
- Free shipping offers are available as advertised.
- Some products are not eligible for free shipping.
- Due to the high costs of international shipping, carriers are instructed not to return packages after multiple failed delivery attempts.
